Add Augent to your Codex config:
Edit ~/.codex/config.toml:
[mcp_servers.augent]
command = "augent-mcp"

GUI (desktop app)

  1. Open Codex on your Mac
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon, bottom left)
  3. Click MCP Servers
  4. Click Add new MCP server
  5. Fill in the fields:

Commandaugent-mcp
  1. Toggle the server on
  2. Start a new conversation and all 21 tools are available

Codex CLI

codex --mcp augent=augent-mcp
Or set it permanently in your config file as shown above.
